Army not to spare any effort in country's defence: VCOAS

Vice Chief of Army Staff General Muhammad Yousaf Khan visited the Multan Garrison on Saturday.
He was received by the Corps Commanders Lieutenant General Muhammad Akram. Vice Chief of Army Staff was given detailed briefing on operational preparedness and training activities.
He was also given a tour of various activities and projects completed in the garrison.
Addressing the command echelon of the formation the Vice Chief of Army Staff urged them to remain cognisant of the environments and realistically analyse the dictates of internal and external dynamics before reaching any conclusion.
He dilated upon the restructuring efforts at hand and the projected development strategy.
He said that the measures being taken will enhance both combat potential and the combat efficiency of the Army.
General Yousaf reiterated resolve that Army will spare no effort or sacrifice to ensure defence of the country against internal and external threats, Inshallah.
