Sohail Altaf Khan, Vice President and Zonal Chairman, Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) has felicitated Najam Rehan, for his election as President of Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) and expressed hope that the newly elected president would do his level best for the promotion and uplift of the RCCI and this organisation would further flourish and play an effective role in socio-economic development of the country, besides welfare of business community.
Talking to reporters here on Tuesday, Sohail Altaf said that president of chamber has an important role and responsibilities regarding the uplift, industrialisation and development of the area, besides looking after the interests and problems of the business community.
He also congratulated newly elected President Najam Rehan, SVP Jalil Ahmed Malik and VP Syed Asad Haider Mashadi and said that business community has reposed its confidence on their abilities.
He also hoped that the newly elected members will make all out efforts for the betterment and promotion of their organisation and would try to make their organisation more effective and productive.
Sohail Altaf, who is former president of RCCI said that all members are well experienced and highly motivated towards their cause especially he said Najam Rehan who had lot of experience would perform his duty with more responsibility and following past practices he would continue his efforts for the development and prosperity of the country.
He paid tributes to outgoing office bearers Hussain Ahmed Ozgen and his team and said that under the leadership of Ozgen the chamber achieved great success.
