All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) Chairman Syed Ali Gilani has welcomed efforts by India and Pakistan to resolve their outstanding disputes including Kashmir through dialogue process.
The APHC denounced terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and believed in peaceful means of struggle, he said in a public gathering.
According to national TV, Syed Ali Gilani emphasised basic reality must not be ignored that no headway in talk & process could be made unless India shows flexibility in its stance on Kashmir.
Peace and stability in South Asia, he added, cannot be brought about without resolving Kashmir issue in accordance with Kashmiris' aspirations.
APHC Chairman appealed the people of Pahalgam to totally boycott by-elections scheduled on October 13, as so-called elections provide no answer to the solution of Kashmir dispute.
