Minutes before a chartered flight take off, the FIA off-loaded about a 100 passengers who were going to Kirghyzistan, Central Asia on fake documents.
According to FIA sources, the chartered flight KGA-516 was scheduled to leave Karachi at 10.50 pm.
During questioning of some of the passengers, it transpired that they were matriculate but were going to Kirghyzistan for medical education.
The AD Immigration who was present there near the immigration counter directed the shift incharge not to allow the passengers to board the aircraft until their documents were verified and found valid.
The flight had a load of 118 passengers and of them 98 were youth in the age group of 15 to 25 - mostly from Gujran and upper Punjab. They all were stopped and detained while FIA officials were trying to trace out the travel agents involved in sending them on fake documents.
