Air China, which is preparing for a stock exchange listing, will hold 69 percent of Hong Kong-listed China National Aviation Co Ltd (CNAC), the Hong Kong firm said on Monday.
China National Aviation Corporation Group, the parent company of CNAC and Air China, injected the stake after Air China formed a joint stock company last week - a key step towards its IPO, which analysts say could raise up to US $500 million.
