Cocoa futures ended mixed on Tuesday as early speculative-led selling reversed after news of civil tension in top cocoa grower Ivory Coast, traders said.
On the New York Board of Trade, the most-active December cocoa contract settled at $1,424 a tonne, unchanged from Monday's three-month low, after trading from $1,410 to $1,437.
March 2005 rose $1 to $1,442, while most distant futures were up $1 to down $3.
