Sialkot district Nazim Mian Naeem Javed has handed over five metal detectors to SP Investigation Sialkot in a simple ceremony held here on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion the District Nazim said that district government would provide one each metal detector to 26 police stations of the district for ensuring proper security arrangements in their respective areas.
Apart from this, the administrative committees of mosques and Imam Bargah's would also be directed to purchase metal detectors for maintaining the security he added.
District co-ordination officer (DCO) Syed Tahir Raza Naqvi, EDO Finance and Planning, DSP city and other officers attended the ceremony.
