Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) Secretary General Aqeel A. Al-Jassem has invited Union of Small and Medium Enterprises (Unisame) President to OIC meeting.
Unisame President Zulfikar Thaver said that the ICCI secretary general had invited him to present a paper on requirements of SMEs in the OIC countries at the fourth meeting of the OIC Task Force on Small and Medium Enterprises, scheduled to be held in Bangkok next year.
Commenting on the subject, Thaver said that the requirements of SMEs were more or less identical with an exception to Pakistan and couple of other countries where a wide technological gap was existed and needed to be overcome immediately.
