The Pakistan State Oil (PSO) has bought a total of 365,000 tonnes of high-sulphur fuel oil from the United Arab Emirates' FAL Oil to meet part of its fourth-quarter requirements, industry sources said Monday.
The seven cargoes, each 55,000 tonnes in size, are for delivery from October through December into Port Qasim (FOTCO jetty), and was done at a premium of $25.75-$26.00 a tonne to Middle East spot 180-cst quotes, cost-and-freight (C&F) basis.
