The Transparency International (TI) has placed Pakistan at 129 in its annual ranking of corrupt countries released on Wednesday, with Bangladesh rated the most corrupt in the world for the fourth consecutive year.
The index lists 146 countries in terms of the degree to which corruption is perceived to exist among public officials and politicians, with the most corrupt receiving the lowest scores.
Listed below are the 50 lowest-scoring countries, the 50 highest-scoring countries and selected others. Countries are ranked according to their score, with a possible perfect 10 being the least corrupt.
