An Additional District and Sessions Judge extended the interim bail of former cricketer Abdul Qadir till November 1, as investigation in the case could not be completed so far.
One Syed Asghar Sibtain had registered a criminal case against Abdul Qadir for committing fraud with him.
The complainant was of the view that he had purchased two plots from the accused and had given Rs 200,000 in advance to him. But when he erected wall around the plots some other party claimed ownership of the plots, he said.
The complainant, therefore, got registered a FIR against him.
