ISE index loses 87.95 points

Fresh bearish assault moved the entire ready-board in downward direction on the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE), where equities witnessed broad-based erosion amid decrease in the index. The ISE network index showed a decrease of 87.95 points, as the price-based indicator moved from 11,669.82 to 11,581.87 points, while the overall turnover amounted to 3,062,400 shares as compared to previous volume of 1,489,800 shares.
Total 101 companies participated in buying and selling activity, and 59 losers outnumbered 42 gainers.
The volume of OGDCL was 2,263,600 shares as compared to previous turnover of 956,900 shares. The turnover of Fauji Fertiliser was 491,000 shares as compared to previous volume of 130,000 shares. The volume of PSO was 124,600 shares.
