Swiss International Airline ceased the operation of its passenger flights to Karachi from October 3.However, the airline said that to ensure quality service to its passengers, Swiss Air will continue to have its own management along with the present General Sales Agent (GSA) at Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad and appointment of Yasmin Peermohamed as Manager Pakistan, who has been with the company since its inception in 2002.
However, since October 30, Swiss Air is offering daily flights from Dubai to Zurich and onto the world. The connections to Dubai from Karachi and vice versa are convenient and will have minimum transit time at Dubai.
