Mobilink has donated a medical van with the full stock of medicines to the Khidmat foundation, an operating NGO in rural Punjab. The van will help timely transport of medicines and supplies to the surrounding rural areas.
Mobilink recently sponsored the International Human Resource Development, where, Mobilink Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Zouhair Abdul Khaliq commended the role of NGOs in the process of human development.
Besides spearheading the communications revolution in the country, Mobilink runs a parallel pursuit aimed towards the development and facilitation of under privileged in Pakistan.
Zouhair A. Khalid said that it was an honour to be able to serve the people of Pakistan through more such services.
The company has injected US 275 million dollars in the industry in 2004, bringing its aggregate investment to US 750 dollars since 1994.
This amount is expected to inflate to US one billion dollar till 2005.
