The District and Sessions Judge Jacobahad on Saturday issued notice to the District Nazim Jacobabad asked him to produce the details of potable water scheme and appear in person before the court on November 20. The court issued notices on a petition filed by one Akbar Sanjrani a resident of Phool Bagh Colony against the District Nazim, Taluka Nazim and the TMA engineer for provision of the polluted and filthy water which according to him has caused many diseases and have played havoc with the lives of people.
The court had summoned these persons to present themselves in the court.
