A member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) has filed a petition praying to Chief Justice to direct the respondent LHC officials to fix his petition before any bench of the august court. The petitioner has prayed to the court to direct the respondent to declare Pakistan as kingdom. The petitioner also prayed to the court to declare General Pervez Musharraf as king of Pakistan.
The petitioner M. D. Tahir contended that the matter is of urgent nature, hence early hearing of case may be arranged for its disposal in accordance with the law.
