A full bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice Nazim Hussain Siddiqui, would take up the bail application of former Senator and PPPP leader, Asif Ali Zardari in BMW car reference on Monday. Senior lawyers Barrister Aitzaz Ehsan, Farooq H Naek, Dr Babar Awan and Shafqat Abbasi would appear before the court on behalf of Zardari.
The prominent legal and political personalities are of the view that the apex court would make a decision in Zardari's favour and release him, as he has either been acquitted or granted bail in all other cases filed against him, except the BMW reference.
