I want to draw the attention of the concerned authorities of the traffic control dept who have successfully installed a traffic signal at Soldier Bazaar No 3 (Near KMC Market) but unfortunately it is not working and the traffic comes from all sides (East, West, North and South) to the round about. No traffic people are available for duty to control the flow of traffic.
Perhaps they are pre-occupied with some other duty better known to them and can't spare the time to devote to their official duty honestly.
Please restore this traffic signal to working condition so it can be utilised to eliminate any loss of human life or prevent any accidents.
I have personally observed it to be very hazardous for all vehicles riders. I will be grateful if positive and effective measure are taken for the safety of the general public.
