Nine more people were killed and another 35 injured in road accidents in different parts of Punjab due to heavy foggy conditions. There is zero visibility in most parts of the province. Thirty vehicles met with accidents in different areas of the province. All trains on main and branch lines are running three to five hours behind schedule.
Five flights of Lahore-Islamabad, Karachi and Dubai were cancelled. The Motorway was closed for night traffic. Markets and bazaars look deserted till 1:00 pm due to zero visibility.
A number of flights were cancelled while five flights delayed four to seven hours. Similarly, trains and buses are reaching their destinations three to five hours behind schedule.
