Mushahid predicts emergence of Asian Parliament

Pakistan Muslim League (PML) Secretary General Mushahid Hussain Syed has predicted the emergence of Asian Parliament on the pattern of European Union (EU) in near future. "The foundation stone of Asian Parliament has been laid in the 5th General Assembly of Asian Parliaments for Peace (AAPP)," he told PTV.
The convergence of a large number of parliamentarians shows the parliament of Pakistan had been recognised all over the world.
PML leader further said democracy had become binding force among the Asian nations and added that the activation of Asian parliamentarians had reduced the monopolisation of government on all issues.
