Sliding trend was seen on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Saturday as the needy buyers jumped the market and bought their requirements, dealers said. The December vaida commenced with 20 paisa gain at Rs 404.00 and that proved to be day's highest. In the process of trading it lost Rs 1.40 to be day's lowest at Rs 402.60 and settled at Rs 403.30. The January vaida opened with 70 paisa loss at Rs 403.50. Later, it picked up 50 paisa to be day's highest at Rs 404.00.
In the process of trading it shed Rs 1.10 to be day's lowest at Rs 402.90 and closing was seen at Rs 403.40.
