Bulls dominate ISE proceedings

Equities witnessed broad-based recovery at Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where bulls dominated the proceedings amid increase in index. ISE network index showed an increase of 74.61 points as the price-based indicator moved from 11,949.02 to 12,023.63 points. Total 160 companies participated in buying and selling activity.
Majority of stocks (105) closed in positive territory, 53 showed negative signs, while two companies remained pegged to their previous levels.
The overall turnover amounted to 23,31,200 shares as compared to the previous volume of 14,28,300 shares.
The volume of OGDCL was 11,44,600 shares as compared to the previous turnover of 470,700 shares. The turnover of PTCL was 436,000 shares as compared to the previous volume of 405,500 shares. The volume of PSO was 325,400 shares.
