Justice Syed Jamshed Ali Shah of the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday referred a petition against Al-Huda Medical College to the Chief Justice of the august court for its disposal by other bench already hearing the similar matter. Petitioner Shaukat Ali contended that his son Usman Shaukat had got admission in the said college, as the college administration had announced that their college is affiliated with Florida University.
He contended that the respondents are playing havoc with the future of innocent students. He prayed to the court to direct the respondent government to take action against the respondents in accordance with the law.
The Chief Justice, while taking suo motto notice, had already referred the matter to Justice M. Bilal of the august court.
