Azad Jammu and Kashmir former premier Sardar Abdul Qayyum Khan while favouring Indian proposal about travelling of Kashmiris from both sides of the Line of Control on entry permit on Wednesday said it should have done without any reservation. In an interview to a private television channel, the veteran Kashmiri leader said while extending that proposal the Indian leadership should not have imposed the conditions of identification on passport.
Sardar Qayyum said Kashmiris were permitted to travel across the Line of Control on permit before 1956 and the Kashmiri leadership was in favour of that practice.
