The Bangladesh taka ended lower on Wednesday against the US currency due to higher demand associated with import related payments, dealers said. The taka was quoted at 59.67/61.18 per dollar, compared with 59.67/61.10 on Tuesday. Call rates ranged between 4.0 percent and 8.0 percent versus 4.5 percent and 8.0 percent on Tuesday.
