Aamir Khan is known for his recreation roles that require him to work on his body to look different each time, especially where there is a requirement for the film. He has invited words of appreciation from his main competitor Shah Rukh Khan. Bollywood’s ‘King of romance’ has accepted that when it comes to working on body fitness, he can never be disciplined like Aamir Khan.
According to Indian media reports, Aamir Khan had initially put on weight to play the role of a 55-year old well-past-his-prime wrestler Mahavir Phogat. Shah Rukh Khan, on the other hand says he has only began paying attention to his body.
“Aamir is very disciplined and works really hard on his body. Two years ago, when I met him, he had put on a lot of weight and now he has lost all those extra kilos. I can never be disciplined. In fact, I started working out only after ‘Om Shanti Om’,”
While Shah Rukh had built six-pack abs for ‘Om Shanti Om’, Aamir had gone ahead and worked on eight pack-abs for ‘Ghajini’.
Aamir has fluently carried this look and his upcoming flick ‘Dangal’ is based on wrestling. If reports are to be believed, Aamir is leaving no stone unturned to make ‘Dangal’ a success.
