Bollywood superstar Katrina Kaif is very conscious about her physique and she stole the show yet again through her sheer talent and stunning looks. You just can’t take your eyes off the diva in her new song ‘Kala Chashma’, which is trending all over the social media.
Katrina has been at a good fitness levels for a very long time. She is very regular and disciplined with her routine, said her personal trainer in a recent media interaction. I have been doing a lot of alignment work especially on her abs, focusing more on her abdomen. But having said that, we’ve also been working equally hard on her arms and other parts of the body.
The trainer went on say; "Katrina is very good with her food. She has oat cake in the morning followed by lunch which will be fish and vegetables. Later, she’ll munch on healthy snacks in the evening which we serve at our gym say like healthy cakes, protein crushers and stuff like that. They are made out of low sugar, dark chocolate so that it comes tasty and healthy at the same time. Then for dinner she eats eggs and soup."
According to Bollywood Life, Katrina is very particular about her diet. She starts her diet three weeks prior to shooting especially for a dance number. While shooting ‘Kala Chashma’ she was completely on a no carb diet, in fact she was on a liquid diet, her lunch and breakfasts comprised of juices, soups and broccolis. And before shooting for ‘Kala Chashma’, she only had buttermilks which actually kept her energized.
‘Bar Bar Dekho’ movie will hit the theaters on September 9 this year. Kat will feature with Sidharth Malhotra for the first time in her career.
