Punjab University's Child Welfare Centre has hired the services of speech therapist and physiotherapist to provide better treatment facilities to the special children. Wife of Punjab University's Vice-chancellor Nayyar Arshad Mahmood said here on Monday that experts would check the students thrice a week. She hoped that experts would supplement the efforts of the centre in the rehabilitation of special children.
The centre has categorised its students as educable, trainable and custodial to provide them education according to their special needs.
