The Central Board of Revenue (CBR) has promoted 24 Appraisers (BS-14) of customs department to the post of Principal Appraisers (BS-16) as their promotions were due for the last four years. CBR Member Human Resource Management (HRM) said here on Thursday that the HRM wing is actively working on the promotions of all cadres including lower grades.
The promotions of Appraisers were due for the last many years and these have been notified after completion of homework. In this regard, the CBR will also notify promotions of other grades as well.
He added that HRM wing is committed to give promotions to hard working officials in the headquarters or field formation.
Following Appraisers (BS-14) promoted to the post of Principal Appraiser (BS-16) with immediate effect and their services placed at the disposal of Collectorate of Customs (Appraisement), Karachi are Javed Hassan, Aftab Ahmad Khan, Ghulam Muhammad, Iftikhar Mehmood, Tikarn Das I Khatri, Syed Hamid Umer, Agha M. Aslam, Inam Rabbani, Humayun Aslam, M. Akhtar Javed, Sakhi Muhammad, M. Anwar Mian, Zaiul Hassan Naqvi, S. Shahid Hussain Rizvi, Riaz Hussain Bhatti, Mirza Farhat Ali Baig, Nazir Iqbal, Mubashir Ahmed Qureshi, Naimat Ullah Alvi, Asad Aleem, Faizullah Khan, Riaz-ur-Rehman Sahto, Qaiser Khan Looru, and Rafiullah.
These officers will be on probation for a period of one year.
