Executive Secretary and Under Secretary General, United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, Dr Kim-Huk-Su, is arriving here on January 30 for a three-day visit to Pakistan. On January 31, he will inaugurate the Morgah Bio-Diversity Project, set up jointly by the government and the communities of Morgah and Kotha Kalan, Rawalpindi. The project is a unique example of public-private partnership in bio-diversity conservation.
In addition Dr Kim-Huk-Su, is likely to hold wide ranging talks on economic and social development of Pakistan with the Prime Minister, Foreign Minister, representatives and other high ranking official United Nations organisations working in Pakistan and Minister of State for Economic Affairs.
