Stocks of middle distillates rose across regions.
Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp (ARA) gasoil stocks, which include diesel and heating oil, edged up 1.1 percent to about 3.3 million tonnes in the week to Thursday, Dutch consultancy PJK International said.
That came a day after the Energy Information Administration reported a 1.2 million barrel increase in US distillate inventories last week. EIA/S
Singapore's onshore middle distillates stocks were also up, having surged 2.246 million barrels, or 17 percent, to reach 15.440 million barrels in the week to Aug. 3, the highest weekly volume in over five years.
