One of leading Pakistani Engineering Construction Company's employment form bears religion column. What makes sense? Does religion makes someone genius or more competent in his relevant field? people involved in the development of such forms are ignorant that it's not religion which is a measure of someone's capability.
I do not understand what makes sense when our MMA leaders raise the voice for religion column in passport. Passport is just a document to travel from one country to another. What if someone so-called non-Muslim travels on British passport to Saudi Arabia. MMA then have to take care of not only Pakistani passport but also all the passports of other countries which do not care such senseless things to even consider.
At this time I remember that our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) allowed and insisted one Christian offering his prayer in Masjid-e-Nabvi. MMA leaders who take religion Islam as their property should learn from this Hadis.
Also I would like to ask the government of Pakistan to take notice of such organisations that include religion as one of the criteria of assessing one's abilities.
