A 35-member delegation of Indian businessmen and traders visited Thatta on Saturday. The delegation was led by a Calcutta based businessman Rao Kumar and included Dr Sanjey Das, Ms. Data Sanada and Ms. Data Gori. The delegates visited various historical sites including Makli necropolis, Kinjhar lake, Shahjahan Mosque and local Hindu temples. An official of Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation Saud Khan guided the visitors during the tour.
