A fraud case was registered by Town police here on Sunday against eight persons including an ex-Mukhtiarkar and an ax-Tapedar on the directives of District and Session Judge Mirpurkhas. Mst Perveen, a resident of Pak Colony Mirpurkhas, lodged a case with Town Police Station stating that after the death of her husband Ghulam All Dal in 1981, her share and the share of his two sons Ghulam Hussein and Sher Mohammad in the agricultural lands measuring 56 acres and 19 ghuntas owned by her late husband, situated in deh 113.
Taluka Mirpurkhas had been removed through forgery in revenue record by her step sons Rasool Bux Dal, Ali Akbar Dal, Ali Zaman, Taj Mohammad, step daughter Ms Sahibzadi, Haleema, second wife of her husband Rasool Bux Dal in connivance with ei- Mukhtiarkar Mirpurkhas Rehmatullah Qureshi and ex-Tapedar Pir Azeém Shah.
Mst Perveen had submitted an application in the court of District and Session Court Mirpurkhas in the past regarding the forgery committed by the above-nominated accused of the case and after proof of the offence the above court ordered to lodge a case in this regard.
It was however learnt that ex- Mukhtiarkar Rehmatullah Qureshi had expired earlier.
