Labour Court Lahore has adjourned the proceedings in a petition filed by Makhdoom Amir Bilal, challenging his termination as bureau chief NNI Lahore, when respondent counsel failed to appear before the court. The petitioner has challenged his termination from NNI on the ground that he was not provided any opportunity of hearing. The court had stayed his termination.
