Futures moved both ways on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Wednesday as supply position was tight as buyers were in the market to cover their immediate needs, dealers said. The March vaida opened with no change at Rs 422.50, which proved to be day's lowest at the same level. In the process of trading it gained rupee four to be day's best at Rs 426.50 and market closed at Rs 426.00.
The next vaida commenced with 20 paisa loss at Rs 429.00. Later, it picked up 50 paisa to be day's best at Rs 429.50. Later, it shed rupee one to be day's lowest at Rs 428.50 and market settled at Rs 428.80.
