The police has baton charge on Saturday at the supporters of sacked revenue minister Imtiaz Shaikh and arrested as many 40 of them out side the Karachi Press Club when they were trying to stage a demo in favour of Imtiaz. According to detail, over hundred people were gathered out side the press club carrying the banners inscribed with the slogan in favour of Imtiaz Shaikh when police raided and baton charge on them.
The enraged supporters started retaliation. During this clash police arrested 40 people and shifted them at Artelry Meedan police station.
