Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority (Smeda) will set up a marble processing and training facility centre at Rawalpindi in collaboration with Export Promotion Bureau to help marble processing and polishing units in the northern Punjab to work in line with international standards. SMEDA Punjab officials told APP here Saturday that about 200-250 marble processing and polishing units were presently located in Rawalpindi and Islamabad districts.
