Punjab Ameer of Jamaat Ahle Hadith Shakil-ur-Rehman and his companions joined Jamiat Ahle Hadith, Pakistan, and expressed confidence over the leadership of Ibtisam Elahi Zaheer. While addressing a press conference here on Monday, Shakil said that JAH is the only political force in the country, which has always adopted principle stand on political issues. Among others, Maulana Khalil-ur-Rehman Khilji, Maulana Muhammad Bashir Salfi, Haji Muhammad Jalal Goraya, Rana Muhammad Naeem and Chaudhry Manzoor joined the JAH.
Speaking on the occasion, Ibtisam Elahi Zaheer said that his party would field its candidates at all the seats in Punjab, NWFP and other parts of the country in the next general elections.
To a question, he said his party would also make adjustments in the next elections because no single religious party can achieve success in the elections.
