SHANGHAI: China's Ministry of Finance auctioned 30 billion yuan ($4.7 billion) of seven-year bonds in the interbank market on Wednesday at an average yield of 3.65 percent, traders said, near the low end of forecasts.
Market forecasts had centred around 3.67 percent and ranged from 3.60 to 3.73 percent.
The auction yield came in below Tuesday's indicative secondary market bid yield of 3.7670 percent for seven-year government bonds .
