The walls of the august House of Sindh Assembly echoed with the sweet voice of internationally famed Egyptian Dan Hasham Bin Abdul Basit, who recited verses from Holy Quran at the start of Sindh Assembly session on Wednesday. His accent and delivery of Qirat fascinated the MPAs who later unanimously passed a resolution jointly sponsored by the Treasury and Opposition benches welcoming the great Qari from Egypt to Sindh Assembly.
Through the resolution they expressed deep sense of gratitude to Qari Hasham for visiting the Sindh Assembly and reciting Holy Quran. Sindh Chief Minister Dr Anbab Ghulam Rahim also attended the session when Hasham Bin Abdul Basit recited the Holy Quran.
