ICI's new partnership with Eastern Colour will provide regional access to state of the art, environmentally friendly, water and oil repellents, soil release agents (RAINOFF(r)), flame retardants, highly concentrated pigment dispersions, dye and print auxiliaries, fibre and yarn lubricants, antistatic, cohesive agents, and defoamers that meet US as well as European specifications.
