Exports of Malaysian oil palm products for March 1 to 20 stood at 748,057 tonnes, up 10.3 percent from the 678,151 tonnes seen for February 1 to 20, cargo surveyor Societe Generale de Surveillance said on Monday. The figure was up 12.8 percent from the 663,461 tonnes it had estimated for March 1 to 20, 2004. The cargo surveyor said its latest estimate was made up of 659,159 tonnes of palm oils and 88,898 tonnes of oleochemicals and lauric oils.
In the palm oil category, 62,525 tonnes constituted of RBD palm oil, 308,793 tonnes of RBD palm olein, 54,576 tonnes of RBD palm stearin and 155,859 tonnes of crude palm oil.
