Sri Lanka will open its first trade and display centre in the metropolis this year. The deputy high commissioner of Sri Lanka Manel de Silva stated this while speaking at the luncheon meeting hosted by the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) on Thursday. She said the centre would display and offer merchandises from Sri Lanka. She said Sri Lanka was the first country to sign free trade agreement (FTA) with Pakistan that would expand bilateral trade volumes, she added.
