Pakistan Seraiki Party (PSP) on Thursday established a protest camp at Chowk katchery under the leadership of PSP Secretary General Mansoor Karim Sial, and Communist Party Pakistan (CPP) President Syed Irfan Haider Shamsi to express solidarity with the PONM on Balochistan issue. The participants were carrying placards inscribed with slogans, "Stop Military Operation in Balochistan," Not Give lollipop to Balochis," Not to construct cantonments in Balochistan," we express solidarity with PONM," Save Balochistan-Save Pakistan,"
"We would not accept Punjabi Hegemony," Not make 50 million Seraikis slaves of Punjab by granting complete provincial autonomy," Accept the charter of demands of Baloch leaders".
"We are gathered here to express solidarity with Balochistan political forces and PONM, which were waging struggle against the Government's plot to make Balochistan a colony of United States and we would not let anyone exploiting the situation in the name of progress, development and prosperity," said Mansoor Karim Sial.
"We are neither in favour of construction of Kalabagh dam, nor we endorse other policies of Seraiki Party but we are against the military operation in Balochistan thus we have joined this camp to express our solidarity with the PONM and other parties," said CPP president Irfan Haider Shamsi.
The camp was attended by Hassan Raza Bukhari, Sufi Taj Muhammad Gopang, Sardar Abdul Qayyum Advocate, Ahmed Nawaz Somroo, Comrade Muhammad Yameen, Mujahid Khan Bhutta, Haroon Khan Chandia, Javed Channar, Abdul Thaheem, Malik Shafqat Maitla, Hakim Haider Iqbal, Iqbal Lashari and Jafar Abdullah.
