DG KHAN: The polling process in PP-240 Taunsa began amid tight security here Thursday morning.
As many as 1,50,410 registered voters would cast votes till 5pm, sources from Election Commission said.
As many as 128 polling stations were set up in the entire constituency out of which 20 were declared sensitive.
A tough competition is expected among PML-N candidate Mumtaz Ahmad Bhutto Qaisrani, Khawaja Daood (Independent) and Imam Buksh Qaisrani (Independent candidate).
Foolproof security arrangements have been made for smooth polling.
