Pakistan star player Shahid Afridi has been a fantastic player for Pakistan for many years, but nowadays he has been surrounded by controversies due to his controversial statements on social media. All-rounder Shahid Khan right knee MRI report is out; doctor have advised ‘Boom Boom’ Afridi to take complete bed rest for few days.
According to local media reports; Pakistan’s all-rounder and former captain Shahid Afridi underwent precautionary MRI scans in Lahore after feeling pain in his knee. He was feeling pain in his right knee since he returned home from UK and went to get precautionary scans ahead of national T20 tournament.
Report of his knee injury came out doctor advises him to take a rest of atleast 7 days.
Earlier, he said, “I am firm to play the T20 tournament, and I hope I’ll be able to recover from pain in time. I wanted to have precautionary scans due to pain and will soon receive the reports.”
He was picked to represent Islamabad, to be led by Umar Gul, in the national T20 tournament, which will commence from August 25. A Former T20 skipper is still confident that he will be able to contribute in matches in later part of the tournament.
