A division bench of the Lahore High Court headed by Justice Syed Shabbar Raza Rizvi has penalised a senior member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) M D Tahir for not switching off his mobile phone while appearing before the august court. The court directed the bar member to deposit Rs 500 with the bar and produce the receipt before the bench.
