Pakistan cricket team came back from India as a winning side. It is really a very big victory for all of us. Everybody is happy with the performance of our team. Even the government is so much excited that it announced Rs 10 million prize for the team in which individual prizes are not included.
It's very good to encourage the team for its nice perfomance against its traditional rival and it really deserves this reward, but why the government doesn't pay attention to other fields of life, especially to education.
Why doesn't our government encourage those teachers who show good results of their students in the inter or secondry board exams.
Our government claims that it is doing its best to provide education to every child in this country but just education is not enough. Our goal should be quality education and it is only possible when teachers pay full attention to their students and if they do so, they must be encouraged, not only with words or certificates but also with cash prizes.
So I request the government to introduce such policies which will make quality education possible in Pakistan.
