Workshop on honeybee farming and management

Punjab University's Zoology Department in collaboration with Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (Smeda) conducted a week-long training workshop on honeybee farming and management. Punjab University Registrar, Professor Dr Muhammad Naeem Khan was the chief guest and distributed certificates among the participants of the workshop. Addressing the concluding session of the workshop, Professor Dr Naeem said the university's honeybee project had become commercially viable. He added the university would continue to play its due role in the development of the country.
